2008 - 2009Creation of the Thai Subsidiary of Suturex & Renodex, belonging to the Sofilab Group.
Industrial setting up in all and every aspects, site renovation and improvement, machineries import and set up, recruitments, activity start up (sutures surgical needles manufacturing), daily management of the company as Managing Director.
2004 - 2008Creation of the Thai Subsiadiary of the Cheynet Group, under BOI Procedures.
Construction of the industrial site (4300 m2), factory and machineries setting up, recruitments, activity start up, daily management, General Management of the company specialized in producing dyed narrow elastics for the lingerie and underwear industry, as well as twisted yarns for lace manufacturers.
2000 - 2004In charge of the planning and production follow up (Supply Chain Management – 7 production sites located in Bangkok – 2000 people in production).
Management of the Information and IT system (4 servers – 150 users – Orlipap 2000 / Orliplan 2000 from Cegid).
In charge of a team of 20 people.
1994 - 1999Setting up of an ERP (Orlipap 2000 / Orliplan 2000), dedicated to the fashion, leather, shoes and garment industry, in client companies via organizational meetings with managers as well as users’ trainings, acting as a Project Manager Consultant.
