-Survey and develop the usage of State of the art simulation softwear (Robcad, Autoform, );
-Manage engineering team leaders and managers;
-Contribute to the company's overall growth strategy;
-Network and represent the company to outside organisations.

-Commercial, business and financial knowledge;
-Substantial operational engineering experience;
-Full understanding of Automotive supply chain;
-Quality improvement methods such as World Class Manufacturing, 5S, Keizen, TPS systems.

My mission was to develope & strenghten the local core competences in Roller Hemming, working very closely with the Robot Roller Hemming engineering team.

- Process & proposal support for Roller Hemming projects
- Coordination of Mechanical Engineering & simulation for Roller Hemming projects
- Supply management & Quality validation for Roller Hemming core components
- Coordination of Robot programming for Roller hemming projects & quality achievement
- support to the proposal group for some specific proposal needs
