Projects Management – Banking Solutions and e-Payment:
• Manage the System and Network for all our Banks.
• Implement the Core Banking software FLEXCUBE developed by ORACLE Financial Services.
• Implement the e-Payment system (ATM, POS, VISA Credit Card).
• Implement the Internet Direct Banking and SWIFT Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication.
• Give training to the Business teams to use FLEXCUBE Core Banking Software and e-Payment system.
• Organize the Support IT 24x7 for all our Banks.

2007 - 2009Customer Relationship:

• Advice Customer to promote our products and extend our software offer and our product range.

Projects Management:
• Develop the system of payment for Indian Oil, Bahrat Petroleum, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank in India.
• Spot malfunctioning in the internal process and suggest improvement actions for the technical teams.
• Define the projects priorities according to the technical constraints, the customer expectations and available resources.
• Manage projects portfolio of 10 software for terminals of payment and 3 systems with Oracle Database.
• Coordinate with 2 outsourcing teams in India in Delhi ( 11 software engineers + 2 projects managers).
• Respect Milestones, control the costs and the risks with the Project Plan and Dashboard.
• Communicate the cost and the evolution of the projects to the Headquarter in France.
• Coordinate with the traversal teams (Research &Development, Marketing, Sales and IT Support).
• Take part in the internal forum with other region Program Manager (UK, Italy, North America and Asia).
• IT support for our customer in Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand).
• Give training to the development partners in Asia to develop their applications on our terminals of payment.

2004 - 2007Projects Management:
• Manage the strategic project CB v5.2 EMV for the French banks.
• Manage private projects (Japan Credit Bureau JCB EMV, American Express EMV, Diners, Cofinoga, Accord Finance, Franfinance, Chèque Vérifiance FNCI Banque de France).
• Obtain certifications: EMV Level 2, VISA ADVT and Martercard end-to-end (ETEC) for all EMV applications.
• Coordinate with organisms of certifications (EMVCo, Groupement Cartes Bancaires, VISA, JCB) : We are the first to obtain the GIE CB certification on the project CB5.2 EMV (Europay Mastercard Visa).
• Manage projects development in off-shore in Mauritius.
• Control and communicate the evolution and cost of the projects to the transversal teams (Project Plan and Dashboard).
• Organize meetings of projects; participate to the interbank CONCERT meetings.
• Improve the quality process for the technical team.

2000 - 2003• Specify, Analyze, Develop (C/C++) and perform testing of the CB5.2 EMV, JCB EMV, American Express EMV and ePurse MONEO applications on terminal of payment MagIC Agp1 & Agp2.
